Sentry Gun Update
The multi-target locking technology from the close-in weapon system is now being introduced to the empires' Sentry Gun, allowing them to lock and attack 5 enemies at once.
CONCORD has dispatched a team of inspectors to all High-Sec and Low-Sec systems. They will warp and pursue any Capsuleer attacking non-hostile targets near Sentry Guns.
When firing at non-hostile Capsuleers near Sentry Guns, the warp drive reboot time has been increased from 60 seconds to 180 seconds.

Optimizations
Increased the cap of Blacklist: Increased to 100 people for Omega Basic, and 500 people for Omega Bundle.
Neural Reactive Implant General Units can now be repackaged.
Test Stasis Webifier and other test modules can now be reprocessed.
Soaring Dragon Series AI Core Upgrade are now available.

Bug Fixes
Fixed the issue where drones and weapon modules might lose bonuses after entering and leaving the virtual combat system.
Fixed various text errors.
