To New Eden Capsuleers, 
EVE Echoes will undergo maintenance on 9/25/2024 at 08:00 (UTC+0) and will take approximately 120 minutes to complete. During this time, players will be unable to log in to the game. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during the maintenance. 

Implant: Kinetic Burst
This implant is suitable for all types of railguns, passively increasing the railgun firepower, optimal range, and accuracy falloff.
Kinetic Burst (Lv1): When activated, reduces Railgun Tracking Speed and increases Fatal Blow Rate. Each hit increases the Fatal Blow Rate further, and landing a Fatal Blow will reset it.
Ion Bracketing Salvo (Lv15): Increases Kinetic Damage and doubles the passive Optimal Range Bonus, but the Accuracy Falloff Bonus no longer applies.
EM Screen Algorithm (Lv15): Increases Thermal Damage and doubles the passive Accuracy Falloff Bonus, but the Optimal Range Bonus no longer applies.
Premium Efficiency (Lv30): Increases Railgun Fatal Blow Rate but reduces Fatal Blow Damage Coefficient.
Damage Response (Lv30): Increases Kinetic and Thermal Damage Resistance of the ship.
Weakness Evasion (Lv45): Increases the evasion (i.e. graze) rate against turret weapons for a period of time after activation. Successfully evasion also increases the Fatal Blow Rate. Additionally, provides extra Damage Resistance against Missiles, Bombs, and Drone Weapons.

Implant: Multifrequency Crystal
This implant is suitable for all types of lasers, passively increasing laser EM damage and optimal range but reducing accuracy falloff and tracking speed.
Multifrequency Resonance (Lv1): Increases Laser Tracking Speed for a period of time after activation but increases Capacitor Consumption. Generates additional Energy Neutralization attacks based on EM Damage, which is affected by the target's EM Resistance and Capacitor Warfare Resistance.
Efficiency Circuit (Lv15): While under the Multifrequency Resonance state, increases the effects of Shield Booster and Armor Repairer.
Overclock Mastery (Lv15): While under the Multifrequency Resonance state, reduces the Activation Time of Energy Nosferatu.
Infrared Reinforcement (Lv30): Reduces EM damage dealt by Laser, but increases its thermal damage and optimal range.
Ultraviolet Reinforcement (Lv30): Reduces Thermal Damage dealt by Laser, but increases its passive EM Damage Bonus and EM Resistance Penetration.
Accord Resonance (Lv45): After activation, increases laser performance comprehensively for a period of time. Increases Laser Tracking Speed, reduces Activation Time, and increases Weapon Disruption Resistance. Additionally, gains different effects based on the different reinforcement modes.
Infrared Reinforcement: Further increases Thermal damage and Optimal Range, but Laser no longer deals EM Damage.
Ultraviolet Reinforcement: Further increases EM Damage and EM Resistance Penetration, but Laser no longer deals Thermal Damage.
How to Obtain (Event): Can be obtained from the Opt Supply purchased at the Recommended Store. Limit to 2 purchases.

Balance Updates
For Chameleon, Fiend, Adrestia, and Saleos, special modes removed, but gained +1 mid-slot that can fit the respective Tactical Modules
New "Defense" Tactical Module: Transfers the power from the ship's power and weapon system to increase shield and armor resistance while reducing signature radius.
Module Effects: +25% Shield Resistance and Armor Resistance, and -25% Damage and Flight Velocity.
How to obtain: Can be purchased from Jita Market - Tactical Modules - Regular Tactical Modules Tab.

Combat Adjustment
While nearby Sentry Guns, Shield Defense Force Field, Armor Link Module, and Supercarrier Cover Module can no longer be used

Sleeper Relics Adjustment
Reduced the strength of Elite Sleepers in Sleeper Relics by approximately 20%.
Increased the speed of gaining LP by gathering data by 20%, but you need to defeat the guards before you may gather data. The effective gather range has been changed from 25km to 10km.
Reduced the number of systems at war and increased the quantity of Sleeper Relics in each system. Small and medium relics can now be discovered without scanning.
The event interface now shows the distance to the systems at war, and the star charts interface will now always show the at-war markers

There are two leaderboards for this season: [Ship Combat Leaderboard] and [Munition Leaderboard]. We look forward to Capsuleers fighting for their Corporation's honor and achieving new heights!

Navigator Program

Optimizations
Added new Nanocores that are compatible with faction battleships and destroyers
The Corporation Log can now show contract records done on behalf of the Corporation
After enabling the siege mode, the siege mode weapon animation will be played instead
NetEase Pass's link and login feature will be added soon to resolve login verification issues for some Capsuleers.

Bug Fixes
Fixed the issue where the message "Position is already occupied" might be shown when quickly switching between drones
Fixed the issue where the insurance feature could not be used
Fixed the accuracy issue on the decimal display on some interfaces
Fixed the issue where the Cobra could not load ammunition
Fixed the issue where a navigation endpoint could not be set on interfaces such as combat logs
Fixed the issue where acceleration would not be engaged automatically when tapping the acceleration button after passing through a Stargate
Fixed the issue where applying the overview might be unresponsive
Fixed the issue where switching between hangars in the Corporation Industry interface might be unresponsive
Fixed the issue where modules might not be visible when operating the Corporation Citadel
