Balance Update

To regulate market activities and lessen the negative effects of bad assets on the economy, the following limitations are being implemented for users who have received penalties due to violations, resulting in liabilities, but have not met the criteria for a ban:

1. The violators will be prohibited from jettisoning items such as ore.

2. The bounty from repelling pirates and encounters reward earned by the violators will not be affected by Corporation Tax and will all be used to pay the fine

Corporations that have been banned due to having a large number of violators cannot rent new Corporation Offices.

Bug Fixes

Fixed the issue where the text display might be inaccurate when upgrading old attributes after upgrading the AI Core.

Fixed the issue where there is a very small chance that the Combat Commendation Times might be granted one extra time upon the weekly update.

Fixed the issue where the Capacitor Warfare effect received would be increased when the Battery is activated.
