Citadel Maintenance System Upgrade

Upgrade the maintenance system of Corporation Citadel, reducing its maintenance time and fuel usage during normal operations. Does not affect Outpost.

You need to reach Corporation Level 6 before you can upgrade it.

New Eden Store Update

Added Classified III Gravitational Wave Graph (Clone Bound) to the Daily Special Points Store.

Nanocore Update

CyanSea Neon Gas Core can now be upgraded to AI Core.

Optimizations:

Valuation updated based on the market transaction record.

Updated the reprocess source shown on TIPS of materials such as capital ship salvaged parts.

Added an account verification feature for the Discord community.
