New Content
Cloak Jammer Tower
An add-on structure that counters optical cloaking. It can generate special pulse waves that create an energy effect in the vicinity of cloaked ships. After the energy effect is superimposed, the ship will lose its cloaking effect, and its cloaking device will temporarily become unusable.
How to obtain: Manufacture them based on the blueprints purchased from the Jita market

Capital Ship Parts Factory
A professional capital ship parts factory that can produce various parts required for the assembly of a capital ship, which can reduce the material consumption in the manufacturing of capital ships by the Corporation outposts and citadels located in the same System. This will be very useful when manufacturing ships that require a large amount of materials, such as supercarriers.
How to obtain: Manufacture them based on the blueprints purchased from the Jita market

Corporation Tech
It is now possible to raise the Corporation to level 6: the Sanctum level. A Corporation at this level has a far-reaching influence on team building, increasing both Corporation territory size and personnel size. The following three Corporation Techs are currently available:
Personnel Expansion III: Increases the Max Corp. Members by 50.
Territory Expansion III: Increases the max number of capturable Systems by 2.
Capital Ship Parts Standardization: Improves the efficiency of capital ship parts factories, further reducing their material consumption.

Additionally, the titles Elite Corporation and Advanced Corporation have swapped places.

New Skill
You can now train specialization skills related to Remote Shield and Remote Armor, which offer enhancements in the following areas:
Increased remote repair effect, increased remote repair range, and increased remote repair capacitor consumption.
The way to obtain them is the same as other specialization skills, which include:
Common Skill: Purchase with ISK
Advanced Skill: Obtain skill chips from Lucky Chests purchased at the CONCORD Pass Shop
Expert Skill: Manufacture the skill chips using the blueprints obtained from the loot crates from Deadspace and scanned locations

Additionally, with the addition of new blueprints, the chance of obtaining skill chip blueprints from loot crates has been increased

Insurance
Due to the volatile market valuation for some of the ships and the high cost of sending ships to the fringe regions, the insurance company has decided to introduce the following two adjustments after research and analysis:
Compensation Options: Modules, rigs, or nanocores can be individually compensated. It is no longer required to compensate the whole ship.
Compensation Location: Compensation is no longer available in Cobalt Edge. If the capsuleer has their ship destroyed in Cobalt Edge, they may go to other regular regions in New Eden to apply for compensation.

The Lost Wasteseeker Fleet Strikes Again

As the initial exploration of the Kalevala Expanse has made remarkable progress, more and more Wastelander Drones have been appearing everywhere in New Eden.
During the event, the Lost Wasteseeker Fleet may spawn in all systems in New Eden.
Fleet Type
Medium Wasteseeker Fleet. Advanced cruisers or ships of higher tonnage are recommended.
Large Wasteseeker Fleet. Advanced battleships or ships of higher tonnage are recommended.
XL Wasteseeker Fleet, which consists of a large number of battleships with a chance of capital ship enemies. Capital Ships are recommended.

Blue-and-white porcelain Lucky Draw Box is now available. Opening up to 60 times will grant you a Blue-and-white Porcelain Capital Ship Nanocore Opt Supply.
The Blue-and-White Nanocore has a special ability: Glaze Mode, which forms a porcelain-like protective layer on the surface of the ship to increase its resistance to damage to electronic devices and certain other damage types. However, activating this ability will make the ship's structure more fragile.
This mode has an activation duration of 30 seconds and a Cooldown of 300 seconds. When activated, it increases the ship's resistance to all electronic warfare modules (Weapon Disruption, Stasis Webifier, Target Painter, Sensor Dampener, Energy Nosferatu, Energy Neutralizer). It also increases Shield, armor, and hull resistance to thermal and electromagnetic damage, at the expense of decreases in resistance to kinetic and explosive damage and the repair amounts.
