Balance adjustment
Increased the type of Laboratory Series Missions that can be accepted in each zone from 2 to 3.
Increased the spawning rate of Laboratory Series Missions slightly.
It is now possible to encounter enemies piloting the carrier, CyanSea, in Master Encounters. The higher the Encounters difficulty, the higher the chance for such enemies to spawn. Defeat them, and you will receive a great reward.

Optimizations
1. Valuation updated based on the market transaction record.
2. Heartbreaker Encrypted Safe Decoder will be removed from the Underground Market at 08:00:00 (UTC+0) on 14 June.
3. Optimized the damage immunity mechanism of warping, where warping targets in nullsec zone will no longer be immune to damage.
4. Removed the non-capital ship debris drops from Laboratory Series Missions. Lowered the spawn rate for gravitational waves.
5. Optimized the lock-on logic for Smart Nanocore, where it will now lock on to the enemies in order of tonnage from low to high and distance from near to far.

Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where players were unable to lock onto enemies while controlling a Capsuleer Outpost.
2. Fixed an issue where Dauntless and carriers were unable to dock at a Capsuleer Outpost.
3. Fixed an issue where the Smart Nanocore was unable to warp away from Cosmic Anomaly normally under certain circumstances.
