Out with the old, in with the new for the Year of the Rabbit.
The new event theme presents Capsuleers with a Carrier Design, Ship-Rental Project, New Eden Recruitment Event, time-limited Splendid Coupon Exchange Store, Dormant Realm - Surge Attack challenge level, New Year Login Rewards and two brand-new implants.
While the event theme is applied, the event music "Blue-And-White Galaxy" will be accompanying your time in New Eden. The music can be paused/played through the page button.

Return Ceremony - Fireworks Show

Bells ring and fireworks explode as frigates and shuttles fly around in the low earth orbit. People of all ages and genders raise their glasses by the portholes in celebration of the "Return Ceremony", a festive occasion for all. For travel safety, people at DED are working overnight. Mega-Corporations are also holding a series of activities to give out benefits in response to the celebration.
During the event, tax rates are reduced in Amarr and Jita Trading Centers, and Resource Extraction Efficiency and Loot from repelling pirates are increased.

New Arrivals in New Eden Store! Skill Point Packs are available for a limited time. Purchase the packs to obtain a certain amount of Splendid Coupons that can be used to redeem great rewards like Rare Nanocores and Nano Sources in Splendid Store.
The Splendid Store is now under construction and will be available to all Capsuleers on January 11.

Dormant Realm Rule Update
The whole new Dormant Realm challenge will be available to all Capsuleers on January 11, and its weekly reward rules will be adjusted accordingly. From the next week, the weekly reward settlement time will be adjusted to January 9, 2023 at 0:00 - January 11, 2023 at 8:00 (UTC+0). The new reward rules will apply after the maintenance and the reward claims of all Capsuleers will be reset.

It is YC125 now, and we must launch a forward-looking ship-building plan to prepare for the long voyage.

Ship-Rental Project
You can advance the carrier design progress by participating in the Ship-Rental Project. By leasing the ships to social groups, your carrier will receive design progress in addition to regular rewards.
There is a max limit on the progress, which is 100 points in the first week, and will be increased by 100 points after weekly maintenance updates until reaching 400 points.
Once the progress meets the current max limit, the Capsuleers cannot advance progress any further, but can still get other rewards through the Ship-Rental Project.

Optimizations
1. Updated estimated prices based on successful transactions in the Market.
2. The enemy tracking logic of normal NPC Capital Ships has been adjusted from random attacks to prioritizing the nearest Capital Ships so that it's easier for Capsuleers to plan tactically.
