The portal to the Dormant Realm has opened. The empires of New Eden are organizing a large-scale inspection, and the port freight is extremely busy these days.
During the event, tax rates are reduced in Amarr and Jita Trading Centers, and Planetary Production Efficiency and Loot from repelling pirates are increased.

Implant Balance Adjustments:
Barrage Repression
Barrage Repression ammo capacity has been reduced to 6; Expansion Clip ammo capacity has been reduced to 9.

Warhead Charge/Support Projection
The flight time of the Range-extending Missile at Lv. 1 is increased to 12%, and the full level effect remains at 30%.
The explosion radius of the Precision Missile at Lv. 1 is increased to 20%, and the full level effect remains at 50%.

Bombard Tactics
Increased the Bombard Tactics level adding to drones or fighters to 5; increased the Bombard Tactics level adding to Enhanced Hardpoint Bombs to 10.

Optimizations
1. Updated estimated prices based on successful transactions in the Market.
2. Enlarged the tap response area of notification messages.
3. Lowered the probability of discovering super expert Encounters, empowered the NPC guards and enriched the contents of the loot boxes.

Bug Fixes
1. Fixed the low-probability lagging issue on the Construction page.
2. Bug fix related to change Rank Score through the outcome of Friendly Fire Mode. The Rank Score can't be changed after such duels.
3. Fixed the problem that the attributes of the Missile Guidance Computer's General Unit were inconsistent with its description. The new attributes will be the same as what's written in the description.
