1. The speed bonus provided by Ship Command skills has been decreased from 45% to 40%.
2. New Skill: Fighters, which can increase the hitpoints and flight velocity of Fighters.
3. Anti-Drone Pulse Bomb Damage has been reduced by 10%, and it's temporarily unavailable (improvements in the Drone AI are in progress). The Drone Range Extender has been reverted to its original status.
4. The Shield Extender cooldown time has been changed to 126-150s.
5. Differences between the passive and active effects of Armor Plates have been narrowed, and the cooldown time has been changed to 126-150s.
6. The Capacitor Battery has been reverted to its original status, and its Restart Time has been changed to 90s (resistance to Electronic Warfare is under development).
7. Modules that enhance weapon damage can provide more attribute bonuses. For example, Type-C module passive damage = 16.5%, cooldown = 6%/18%.
8. Large Autocannon accuracy falloff +2.16km.
9. The Deceleration Penalty of Small and Medium Shield Field Modules has been changed to 25%/37.5%, and the Signature Radius Penalty has been changed to 3,000%/4,000%.
10. The Interceptor Disruption and Warpdrive Bonus have been reverted to their original status. The damage of Interceptor I and Interceptor II have been changed to 2.5% and 10% for each level, respectively.
11. A new exclusive bonus for the Condor Interceptor and Interceptor II: Small Missile/Torpedo explosion velocity +2.5% for each level.
12. The velocity of Interceptors has been changed from -12.5% to -4.1%.
13. The Heavy Interdiction Cruiser has kept “+1 High Slot” and lost “-1 Mid Slot”.
14. The bonus on Apocalypse Strikers has been reverted to its original status.
15. The damage bonus on Nightmares has been increased from 12% to 15%.
16. The disruption range bonus on Armageddon IIs has been increased from 10% to 12.5%.
17. In Blood Raider Anomalies, the Lock Speed Blueprints have been changed to Capacitor Recharge Rate Blueprints.
18. In Serpentis Anomalies, the Battery Blueprints have been changed to Flight Velocity Blueprints.
19. In Sansha Anomalies, Capacitor Recharge Rate Blueprints and Powergrid Blueprints have been changed to Inertia Modifier Blueprints and Cargohold Blueprints, respectively.
20. The maximum limit for each bounty of Combat Rewards has been decreased to 50 million.
